Read moreThe 01.2 Mini Gate Valve series works with VAT’s patented
VATLOCK technology which was specially developed to provide reliable gate sealing without any friction at the gate seal. The VATLOCK technology mechanically locks the gate in the closed position.
The gate is moved into the closed position without any friction and then locked against the sealing surface without scuffing. Leaf springs hold gate and counter-plate against the carriage with ball restrainers. The ball restrainers ensure increased sealing force with vacuum on either side of the gate. This provides flexible and reliable functioning under all conditions.
With its modular design and its various design options, the 01.2 series can be tailored to nearly every requirement.
Already installed in thousands of demanding applications under various process conditions, the 01.2 series has proven its outstanding reliability.
The 01.2 Mini Gate Valve is available in manual and pneumatic versions with a solenoid valve either as on board solution or for external mounting. The solenoid valve’s standard voltage is 24 VDC but other voltages are available on request.
The valve position is indicated with a visual (mechanical) indicator.
The standard flanges connectors are ISO-KF. Customer specific flanges can be integrated.
The standard sealing material is FKM but other materials are available on request.
