When the Footprint Requires an Alternative to a Gate Valve
The 21.0 FV Butterfly Valve provides the same reliable vacuum isolation that standard gate valves provide with the advantage of a lower footprint requirement. The butterfly principle combined with the compact actuator designs allows installations situations with very limited space.
In differential pressure conditions, the valve is fully operational.
Already installed in thousands of demanding applications under various process conditions, the 21.0 series has proven its outstanding reliability. With a robust design as well as reduced and easy maintenance, the 21.0 series convinces in all aspects.
The 21.0 FV Butterfly Valve has proved to be especially well suited as vacuum pump isolation valve.
21.0 FV Butterfly Valve series is available in stainless steel, with standard flange connectors in ISO-F for DN 63 - 160mm (2½” - 6”) as well as ISO-F and ISO-K flange connectors for DN 250mm (10”). Ports for roughing (by-pass), venting or gauges can be integrated.
The sealing material for the bonnet and plate seal is FKM.
