Unsere Ziele:

  • Fulfilment of customer quality expectations in quality related topics
  • Interface to the customer for general quality related topics
  • Close collaboration with the internal key account team
  • Customer escalation path in case of quality issues 
  • Manage customer`s Quality Scorecard 
  • Definition of annual quality objectives 
  • Tracking of annual goals
  • Preparation of the regular Q-Scorecard meetings with the customer
  • Ensure First Article Inspection process (FAIR) and coordination with subsidiaries 
  • Creation, support during execution and monitoring 
  • Preparation and execution of 3rd party in-spection 
  • Coordination and management of customer quality programs 
  • Preparation and participation of customer audits and visits 
  • Support and development of internal processes towards the customer (Quality roadmap)
  • Perform internal and external audits according year-ly audit planning 
  • Review of customer complaints with focus on cus-tomer requirements 
  • Support in case of technical changes with focus on quality related topics 
  • Ensuring the CE!/CEX requirements 
  • Supporting CE!/CEX topics and requirements 
  • Supporting change requests and approval process towards the customer (quality perspective) 
  • Perform internal and external audits
 

Sie bringen mit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
  • Additional degree in quality engineering or successful track record in a quality engineer position is advantageous 
  • Profound experience of the quality process (mechanisms) of high tech components in a highly consolidated market environment on a global scale 
  • Advanced knowledge about special customer related processes
  • Advanced knowledge in quality management and quality tools 
  • Background about ISO Norms and Standards 
  • Good communication and moderation skills 
  • Solid experience in managing customer claims and escalation projects 
  • Solid experience with work in an matrix organisation 
  • Further education in internal and external auditing
  • Business fluent German and English
  • Knowledge in customer requirements and expectations 
  • Knowledge in use of quality tools like 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc. 
  • Good Management System skills (e.g. ISO9001) 
  • Team work in international teams and ability to work in a matrix organisation 
  • Good listening, negotiation and moderation skills
  • Qualification as internal or external Auditor
