We believe in being close to the customer. With our branches in the USA, Asia and Europe as well as a worldwide network of representatives, we are in a position to advise and support our customers the best way possible.
Service centers on three continents enable efficient and rapid handling of repair requests. We are available on a 24-hour basis.
R&D, production and assembly of our products take place exclusively in ISO-certified plants in Switzerland, Romania and Taiwan. Close cooperation with our customers is key to these efforts.
Purchase of single parts and assemblies is done globally.
